Just bought a 2017 Audi A5 off North Down Motors and must say it was alot easier than I expected. The entire process given the current COVID situation was made incredible simple. Collected the car and it was emmaculate and they gave me a decent price for my old car. They even MOT'd the car for me as a condition of sale and gave 6 months warranty. Honestly couldn't recommend enough and will definitely be recommended them to friends and family in the future

As a returning customer....I have purchased a total of 5 cars since 2012..I can only hold North Down Motors in high regard for their quality cars, efficient workmanship and superb first class customer service.
As a family owned business they strive to accommodate the customers every need, as shown in my most recent purchase. Again I can only praise the customer service I received, in not only, when purchasing my new vehicle but also on a returning basis when my car is due a service.....no underhanded jargon...just basic, simple, understandable and most importantly honest information in resolving any query or concern.
If only all companies adopted this approach.
The majority of purchases have been made with the help and service provided by Ian and I wouldn't deal with anyone else considering the lengths that Ian goes to, in providing the highest customer service and knowledge to enable the customer to make an informed decision.
After reading a recent review, I can only guess that people want more than what their vehicle is actually worth. Unfortunately in this world there will always be people that want more due to unrealistic views, demands and a must have mentality.
As regards my next purchase I will not be going anywhere else and I would advise others, not just to take my word/review, but visit North Down Motors and see for yourself and make your OWN opinion.

I have just had my car serviced by North Down and can't praise them enough. They couldn't give me a 100% fixed price over the phone because they only changed the parts that actually need changing so saving considerable cost and I'm sure far better for our environment.

Couldn't have had a more positive experience
Had my initial query responded to within minutes, followed by a more in depth phone call explaining all my options.
Managed to get me booked in at short notice (I wanted a lot of work done - Drop link bar replaced, all brakes and disc's replaced, FULL service, front screen washer motor replaced)... All completed same day
Upon arrival, the mechanic stopped what he was doing outside to take my car in. Everyone knew and called me by my first name after one visit.
Couldn't be happier with the end result, car looked and performed like new when they were done.
Really professional company, great bunch of guys to work with. Wouldn't go anywhere else now.

I like that they go to the effort of making hard copy prints with all of the car's vital stats. The immediacy of having this to hand makes getting quotes from insurers/at a glance comparisons etc"¦ considerably easier for buyers. There's no hard sell or tacky blether.
